Till Ammelburg studierte Chinawissenschaften an der Universität Leipzig sowie an der FU Berlin und interessierte sich früh für die Dynamiken der gegenwärtigen chinesischen Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft. Seit 2006 führten ihn unterschiedliche Tätigkeiten nach China, zuletzt war er als Berater von deutschen mittelständischer Unternehmen in Shanghai tätig. Seit 2017 ist Till Ammelburg wieder in Berlin und unterstützt bei TechCode europäische Startups mit Technologien u.a. aus den Bereichen KI, Mobiltät und Industrie 4.0 dabei, im chinesischen Markt Fuß zu fassen.
