Lukas Utzig

Lukas Utzig is a student research assistant for the Urban Rural Assembly (URA) research project at the China Center, which looks at rural-to-urban migration behaviour. He studied Architecture at the Bauhaus Weimar and ETH Zürich and went on to do a master’s degree in Urban Research and Analysis at the Bartlett, University College London. His previous work focusses on the spatial aspects of forced migration and refugee settlements. Lukas Utzig is currently doing an MSc in Architecture at TU Berlin and teaches Computational Design at the Universität der Künste (UdK).
