Dear young entrepreneurs, don’t look to the Valley, look to China! Since 2018, China claims more patents than any other country, 2019 China overtook the US by total number of Unicorns and if you look to the NASDAQ stock exchange – Chinese giants have long outpaced DAX enterprises - the pioneering role changes its owner. What are the entrepreneurs from the Far East doing better than their German colleagues? Together we de-code the success factors of Chinese hardware and software startups and systemize strategies of successful business modeling. You will become familiar with the most innovative companies and their business models from China in your industry. Inspired by these examples, we dive into a co-creation workshop. In groups we will take macro trends from Europe in the fields of housing, mobility, social life, health and energy and match them with innovations from China to build new ideas for products or services based on design thinking methodologies.
